Support Ohio Schools is an Ohio-based non-profit organization that works across the state with school levy campaigns by providing research-based tools, resources and expertise. Support Ohio Schools can help your school district’s campaign WIN and ensure a great learning environment for our children.

Support Ohio Schools Consultants are passionate about helping campaigns across Ohio and represent a significant amount of experience in all aspects of managing issue campaigns.

Support Ohio Schools has two entities

Support Ohio Schools (SOS) – a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to provide winning strategies and advice to levy campaigns. SOS is a 501(C)4 organization.
Support Ohio Schools Research and Education Foundation – conducts research about levy campaigns, provides training, and serves as a 501(c)3 charity to supports SOS.

Meet the Team

Jerry Rampelt

Jerry Rampelt is the founder of Support Ohio Schools and has assisted over 300 levy campaigns in the past ten years. He is the the author of The Levy Book, which is the first Ohio book about conducting levy campaigns. He is a frequent speaker at conferences about levy campaigns.
Michael Collins

Mike is a former Ohio State School Board and local school board member. He formally worked in a local school district, Department of Education (Ohio) and a national education oganization. He has 30+ years of experience in promotions, marketing, event planning, and campaigns. He is owner of the 'Michael Collins Group'
Andrea Kruse

Andrea works at Momentum Strategy Group. She has a deep background and experience in PR and communications. She has served as Communication Director for the Department of Youth Services for 6 years. She currently is Communications Consultant to two different state associations.
Ryan Collins

Ryan Collins implements a wide range of strategic programs and services for client organizations and provides coordination, promotion and media relations expertise for key projects of the Michael Collins Group (MCG). Prior to MCG, Ryan managed sales, information technology and communications projects at Promotions One. Ryan also spent nine years as a teacher, with a focus in Social Studies and served as a coach of Westerville Central's junior varsity football team and as an assistant coach with the school's varsity football team.
